Our main branch is in Musa Ibn Nusair Street, Sulaymaniyah district of Riyadh and our branches are spread in many neighborhoods to provide our services to a large variety of clients. The first Aljazera market was opened in 1979 with a vision and scope that is different from the rest of the other markets at the time. Our main branch is in the Sulaymaniyah district, and there are also other branches opened in the districts of Al Ghadeer, Al Rabie, Al Yasmeen, Al Aqiq, and Al Mursalat and we are continue to expand to be closer for you.

Exchange or Refund Policy
- Exchange or refund are handled solely by the Customer’s service Counter.
- Keep the receipt as a proof of Purchase (Receipt is mandatory).
- Item must be in re-salable condition to be returned within 3 days and exchange within 7 Days (No damages, Scratches, Broken, expose to liquids or been used, accessories missing and, must be in original packaging.
- No partial refund or exchange for item sold as bundle or promo pack.
- No cash refund for any purchase done by E- Vouchers but can be exchange within 7 days.
- No refund or exchange for E-vouchers, Hair’s dryers, beard timers, Shavers, Epilators, undergarments, fresh items frozen / Dairy items, magazines, books, greeting cards, Clearance items.
- Cash refund against credit’s purchase would be returned to customer’s account if the amount over 500 SR.
- All electronics items can by refund within 3 days and exchange within 7 days, after that. Customers are requested to take the items to the Authorized after Sales Service Center.
- Al Jazera has the right to edit and change the term of conditions of above policy.
